Collections Services

The Newsnet Collections service can be used in a variety of areas, including Banking and Finance, Corporate or Government debt recovery .

This service also allows call centre's and debt collection agencies to efficiently and cost effectively contact outstanding account holders by using the interactive voice response service (IVR).

Automated IVR messages are sent from a central database allowing the outstanding account holder the opportunity to reconcile their account by responding with a press of a button, requested by the IVR, which is then directed back to the call centre.
